ClickLedger

Terms of Service

Last updated October 21, 2026

These terms cover your use of ClickLedger (clickledger.io), run by Brandon Chin (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use ClickLedger for a business, you agree on its behalf.

The service

ClickLedger gives you tracked links, a website snippet and connections to tools like Calendly and Stripe, so you can see which content leads to sign-ups, bookings and sales. ClickLedger is in early access: features may change, and we may add, change or remove parts of it as we go.

Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up details.
  • Keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us promptly at support@clickledger.io if you think someone else has access.

Tracking your visitors

When you put our links or snippet in front of your audience, you are responsible for using them lawfully. In particular, you agree to:

  • Say in your own privacy policy that you use ClickLedger to measure clicks, sign-ups, bookings and sales, and get any consent the law where your visitors live requires (for example a cookie banner for EU or UK visitors).
  • Only connect tools and accounts you own or are allowed to connect.
  • Not use ClickLedger to track people for any purpose other than measuring your own marketing.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and how we handle it. For visitor data, we act on your behalf and use it only to provide, support and improve the service.

Acceptable use

Don't use ClickLedger to:

  • send people to malware, phishing, scams or anything illegal;
  • send spam, or hide where a link really goes in order to mislead;
  • break, overload, probe or get around the security of the service;
  • resell or copy the service without our written permission.

We may disable links or suspend accounts that do, with or without notice.

Our platform and no competing use

ClickLedger itself (the software, design, dashboards, tracking methods, wording, documentation and brand) belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. Using the service gives you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own marketing, and nothing more. You may not, and may not help anyone else to:

  • use ClickLedger, or anything you learn from it, to build, design or improve a product or service that competes with it;
  • copy, imitate or recreate its features, interface, workflows, reports or written content;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, tracking snippet logic or underlying methods, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • scrape, bulk-export or automatically collect data or content from the service, other than through the exports and features we provide for your own data;
  • access the service to benchmark it or gather competitive information on behalf of a competitor, or share your account with anyone for that purpose.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them freely without owing you anything. We may end your access immediately if you break this section, and we may seek any remedy the law allows, including an injunction.

Your data

You own your content and the tracking data collected for you. You give us permission to store and process it to run ClickLedger for you, help you, fix problems, and improve the service. We never share your data with another customer. You can delete content from the dashboard, or ask us to close your account and delete its data.

Third-party tools

ClickLedger connects to services we don't control, such as YouTube, Calendly, Stripe, Whop, Tally and Typeform. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for their availability or for changes they make that affect tracking.

Fees

ClickLedger is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and you won't be charged unless you choose a paid plan.

No guarantees

Attribution is an estimate. Ad blockers, private browsing, cleared cookies, switching devices, and how third-party tools report data all mean some clicks, bookings or sales won't be tracked or will be credited to a different link. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Don't rely on ClickLedger as your financial or tax record; your payment provider remains the source of truth for revenue.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.

Ending your use

You can stop using ClickLedger at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, or stop offering the service with reasonable notice. Once access ends, your tracked links stop redirecting.

Changes

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, tell you by email. Using ClickLedger after a change means you accept the new terms.
